By accessing or using OPC Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
OPC Directory is a curated directory of resources for one-person companies. We provide search, browse, comparison, and submission features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Content Submissions
When you submit content to the directory:
- You represent that you have the right to submit the content
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify the content on the directory
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion
- You retain ownership of your original content
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or republish directory content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity
Intellectual Property
The directory structure, editorial content, ratings, and comparisons are the intellectual property of OPC Directory. Item descriptions submitted by users remain the property of their respective owners, subject to the license granted above.
API Access
Public API endpoints are available for non-commercial use with rate limiting. Commercial API access requires a separate agreement. API keys obtained through the service are for your use only and may not be shared.
Limitation of Liability
OPC Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of directory content, including user-submitted content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Paid Services
Pro and Sponsor plans are billed according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to active subscribers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OPC Directory operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We will notify registered users of material changes to these terms via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
